Zesty lil' Key Lime Bites!





Ever since I was young, there was always key lime pie around for holidays... So it was about time I figured out a way to get around yet another irresistibley delectable dessert!


Grainless, RAW, gluten-free, potentially vegan and really flippin good!!  LOADED with healthy/healing fats, antioxidants, fiber, macro/micro nutrients.  




Grainless n RAW Crust Directions


  • 1.5 cups raw pecans
  • 1/2 cup sprouted pumpkin seeds 
  • 4 tbsp coconut/almond flour
  • 4 pitted medjool dates
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp pink salt
Pile all the ingredients into a high powered blender and let er' rip (although you may want to mince the nuts first).  Pour blended mix into pan or muffin pan.  May want to line with parchment paper, coconut oil, grassfed butter.  Freeze for 1 hour. 

RAW Filling Directions

  • 1 Ripe, squishy avocado
  • ~1 can full fat coconut milk (can add a few tbsp of chia seeds) 
    • orrrrr  5 tbsp chia seeds soaked in minimal amount of unsweetened almond/flax milk
  • Juice AND zest from 2 limes
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • dash of pink salt
  • (optional) ~5-10 drops of organic, pure stevia..  organic, raw honey
  • (optional) Splash of kefir

Let the chia seeds soak in liquid for at least 10 minutes.  Then, combine all ingredients into blender and let er' rip until smooth and creamy.  Pour into crust.  Freeze until solidified.
