Supplements for Kids?


There is a good chance most kids will have a chewable vitamin at some point in their life, but the problem is... The vast majority of products out there are synthetically derived and toxic for children.  Fred Flinstone is a great cartoon character, but an artificially flavored, dyed, and filled with inert/synthetic vitamins has no place being consumed by my child. 

    • Bottom line: Your child is MEANT to be healthy! No one is designed to be constantly sick or on multiple medications.  The power of living a healthy life will far surpass anything the medical industry will ever provide. 

Does my child need vitamins?

  • High quality, organically sourced, whole food based vitamins with no toxic additives, flavors, and colors can be beneficial for your child.
    • Even if your child is eating all organic, local fruits and veggies, there may be slight gaps to fill. Nutrient density of food is significantly less than ever, and kids are bombarded by more environmental stressors than every-requiring more antioxidants and other compounds to build healthy cells and immune systems!
      • Chances are, most children are not in this position!  Have you seen what school lunches look like??  
      • Kids will be kids and you can't control (nor would you want to be THAT parent that does..) everything your kid consumes. 
    • High quality vitamins can provide the nutrient building blocks for healthy, vibrant cells to support a healthy, vibrant kid! 


There are a few decent brands out there. So please, do yourself, and your child a favor and spend the time and a few extra dollars to get something that is actually good! You won't regret it and you will see a difference. Now, and in the future.
