  • If you're really trying to impress someone...
    • Add in some stevia sweetened dark chocolate or carob chips
    • If you're a nutty person... chop up some pecans or walnuts and add to mix after.
  • Spread mix in a baking sheet and let settle.
Perfectly awesome simply RAW.

OR

Bake for ~ 15 min @375F  until a desired moisture level is reached.  I like them nice n gooey so I piled the mix thick in the pan, and cooked until the top was slightly crusted, yet the middle was perfectly moist.

Vanilla Icing

In a mixing bowl, or back in the food processor.
  • 2 more of those bug eating, pasture raised chicken eggs
  • 3/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter (virgin coconut oil will work as well)
  • 2 tbsp grassfed butter
  • 1 cup legit non-dairy milk or water
  • 2-3 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • several drops of stevia
    • If the eggs trip you out, it will work just fine without them :)

Soften butter and coconut oil.  Toss in blender and Mix it all up!  Should be thick and creamy when finished.  Add a touch more flour if a thicker mix is needed/desired.

Yes, there is raw egg here. So what?  Get your eggs from a local farmer that does things right and there's no need to worry!

  • If you're going with the RAW version..
    • Spread mix on top brownie base and place in freezer for a couple hours. Then transfer to the fridge if there is anything left.
  • Baked version?
    • Spread Icing and let settle.
