Some of my Favorite things to use in my Masterpieces
Pasture/humanely Raised, Fully free range Egg(s)
Onions
Mushrooms
Peppers
Spinach
Zucchini
Raw Cheese
Avocado/guacamole
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Sweet Potato
Garlic
(All Orgainc of Course!)
Herbs n Spices!
Cumin, Pepper, Pink Salt, Cayenne, Chili powder, Turmeric, Garlic
Basil, Rosemary, Cilantro, Tarragon, Parsely, Red/black pepper
Etc Etc!!
TIPS:
- Don't overcook your food, any of it. From the eggs to the veggies. You want to retain as much nutrient density as possible, especially since you went to all this trouble to buy and cook it.
- If you absolutely can't eat some things raw, or close to raw (like onions), begin to sautee these items first, then add in the rest
- Only cook with REAL, natural oils/fats (coconut, grapeseed, grassfed butter/ghee)
- Add in herbs towards end so that the beneficial health compounds remain in tact
- Obviously, try to eat as organically as possible w/ true pasture raised eggs.
- Adding coconut milk or almond milk to your egg mix will make 'er nice n fluffy :)
