Why IDLife is Revolutionizing the Supplement Industry
Sums it all up!
My Essentials
The Basics
My MISSION in life is to change the way we view and manage our health care, as our health is our own responsibility. And no, I am not alone. There are thousands of other Doctors of Chiropractic, MDs, nutritionists, holistic health practitioners, blogging mothers, etc etc that are all on board as our current model has failed to deliver what we need to keep us healthy and happy. But let's get down to what this post is all about.
There are severe nutritional gaps and deficiencies within our society that stem from multiple aspects. From the food we grow, to the processed food on the shelves, what we put in our bodies day after day is no longer nutritionally dense. In fact, most of the food on the store shelves contain very little benefit at all and can actually be harmful to our bodies. On top of that, underlying health conditions, lifestyle habits, and medications all impact our health, even from a nutrition standpoint. With the US taking up to almost 80% of the worlds drugs, while being only 5% of the world's population... there's a good chance this is affecting your or someone you love.
That is why the RIGHT supplementation can fill these nutritional gaps and keep you healthy. Which is exactly what you deserve!! We currently live in a world driven by outside motives that revolve around everything besides what is actually best for the individual. Your health is your most important virtue. Without it, nothing else matters. YOU dictate your health. Take responsibility and reap the rewards!!
This is an INDIVIDUALIZED approach to your nutrition through assessing what your body requires based on your lifestyle, health goals, and medical conditions/medications. One-size-fits-all has no precedence, especially in the supplement industry.
TOP Things to consider:
- Individualized
- Extremely high quality
- Take exactly what you need, When it is best utilized
- The assessment is based on YOU, since everyone is unique right??!! Everyone may need different things, depending on many factors. Lifestyle, geographic location, allergens, medications, health goals, etc, etc.
- Based on 18 years of research.
- Changes depending on continuous research of thousands of journal articles.
- Simple, incredibly easy for anyone to use.
- Provides the reasoning AND research to back recommendations.
- Many medications leach nutrients from the body, and have diverse interactions that lead to imbalances and nutritional gaps. IDLife has a massive bank of conditions and medications that have been studied and their effect on the body, and the necessary requirements to fill the gaps. There is NO other assessment that can fulfill this necessary component.
- HIGH Quality
- Organic, plant based, highest quality-bioactive ingredients your body will recognize and utilize (most other products significantly lack on this), no soy/gluten/casein (or other common allergens), no synthetic/toxic additives or fillers. No junk. Everything your body can recognize, utilize, and THRIVE from. You can be comfortable putting your reputation on it!
- Intricate screening process of the raw materials and final products. (More explained below)
- Only the best of the best is used. You deserve no less.
- Bromelain and papain from organic pineapple
- B12-->methylcobalamin (instead of the conventional cyano version). Significantly more expensive (~$9,000/kg rather than ~$70/kg). Much more bioavailable
- Folate: 5-methyl folate (same concept as B12)
- Probiotics: Diverse and potent. >60% of the gut-healthy bacteria make it through the stomach, in comparison to the typical 10-15%
- Fish oil: a perfect ratio of fatty acids (omega 3:6:9). Composed of wild-caught fish and krill oil.
- Calcium from marine coral
- Vit. D is combined with a specific amount of co-factors (Zn, Ca, Mg, etc) to ensure optimal utilization of this critical vitamin.
- The list goes on and on. Best of all, you'll FEEL the difference :)
- Why you want to use a Whole Food Based Supplement
- Started from the Ground-UP.
- The assessment AND products are based on 18 years of research, of over 7,000 different peer-reviewed studies, and they continue to make sure the best of the best is provided by collaborating with other experts and staying up to date with 5,000+ articles a month.
- By starting with the research, they were able to synthesize an unbiased product that is truly geared to providing the best results.
- The assessment
- Easily incorporated into any setting; Chiropractic office, gym, personal trainers, dentist office, stay at home mom who would just love to spread the message and goods of health, etc. It's self-sustainable, duplicatable, and extremely practical. Customers have the ability to educate themselves about the products that were recommended, and why they were recommended, along with the research that backs it.
- An extensive background in nutrition is not needed to effectively deliver the truth about health and where nutrition lies within this paradigm, and of course where supplements fall into this.
- INCREDIBLY reasonable.
- Especially when compared to products of similar quality. You'll know exactly what I mean when you take the assessment!
- I use to pay about $50/mo for a multivitamin, $30 for a fish oil, $18 for Vit. D. And that was all I could afford.
- For Example: My current month of IDnutrition includes: AM whole-food multivitamin, probiotic, digestive enzyme complex, Vit D complex, PM multivitamin, fish oil, spirulina. All for just over $60.
- And yes, there are perfectly logical reasons why this is possible.
- Chronobiology
- Everything is sent so you know what to take, when to take it. Certain nutrients are absorbed better at different times of the day, might as well get your $$$'s worth! Chronobiology is essential when considering obtaining optimal results. Besides, it takes away the mess of opening bottles and keeping them stocked on the shelf. Awesome to take to work, travel, etc etc.
- Convenient and Easy
No more hunting for the right products. We've all been there. Standing in front of dozens of fish oils, completely clueless on which to get. No thanks, I'd prefer to spend my time elsewhere.. it's the perfect way to jumpstart your system. You can always tweak things later. But start here.
- As a business owner
- NO overhead!
- No need to stock shelves
- Easily duplicatable
- All the resources you need are right at your fingertips.

Mastering IDLife Products
Integrity
- Ingredients and helpful FAQs that is great for any inquiring customer, and for every associate to be familiar with.
- Material Screening
- 3 Step process.
- RAW materials are independently selected and through 3rd party, blind tests are conducted for purity and overall quality.
- Once in the plant-quarantined and screened for any residues, heavy metals, toxins, and other impurities. (Even some of the highly respected companies don't screen for heavy metals--ex. arsenic, cadmium, aluminum, lead). Then 3rd party tested again.
- Manufacturing process--- single vat processing
- Testing of materials AGAIN
- Verified to be perfect
- Sent to IDLife, then tested yet AGAIN
- Tested even after packaged
- It doesn't take much looking around, but many companies have been stinged for containing toxic components, false advertisement, or not even containing a single bit of what they claim to contain. Even some brands that have their "organic" stamp can't be completely trusted. The FDA is very lenient on certain things, such as heavy metals. You know. Little things like that...
- Don't have a price goals. Will not sacrifice core values to get cheaper ingredients. aka sacrifice your health as most companies wouldn't hesitate to do.
Fillers!
- IDLife uses high quality, high bioavailable and bioactive fillers that have profound effects within the body.
- Conventional Fillers:
- Hidden GMOs
- Pesitcide residues
- Preservatives
- Hydrogenated Oils
- Artificial colors
- Magnesium stearate/stearic acid
- Titanium oxide
- Carrageenan
- Toxic metals: Lead, flouride, arsenic, aluminum
- Acrylamides
- Sodium benzoate
- Sugar, sugar derivatives/imposters
- Traces of toxic chemicals
- SYNTHETICALLY DERIVED
- Mostly Rock salts and minerals
- All things I would NOT want to put in my body, day after day, while trying to attain health.

COO-Mark Bennett interviewing Chief Formulator: Dr. Sullivan
Review
- First off, the most important thing that is at work here is the philosophy behind the products. It's based on health. On providing the body what it needs after a strenuous workout, which doesn't include any toxic junk that the vast majority of products out there contain. There is incredibly high integrity when it comes to quality. It's all based on what is real, what your body will recognize, and what your body will utilize.
- Organically based, no GMOs, no toxic additives/preservatives/fillers, formulations based on 17 years of research, no soy, no gluten, no caseins. etc.
- If you're going to formulate sports nutrition products, you may as well use research from the top journals in the world!
- Journal of Sports Science, Clinical Journal of Sports Medicine, American Journal of Sports Medicine, Journal of Physiology, etc.
- Interviewed top experts in the field that deal with top athletes. Fitness trainers, orthopedic surgeons, chiropractors, athletes.
Grass-Fed Whey Protein
- The Absolute highest quality whey protein on the market
- What you want in a Whey Protein
- Grassfed-pasture raised
- Cold-processed/in it's most UNdenatured state possible
- No added sugars or toxic substitutes (MSG, aspartame, high fructose corn syrup)
- No added preservatives
- Ideal fat ratio to promote absorption and delivery.
- Lactose free
- Casein Free
- No gluten, no soy
- IDlife Shake also has micro-milled chia seeds for optimal absorption to provide essential fatty acids (more omega-3 than salmon... what??!!) . Chia has TONS of benefits!
Hydrate
- Truly replenishing what the body needs to regain homeostasis
- Prevent the typical symptoms of dehydration, which affects our entire body.
- Immune system, nervous system, the functioning of literally all of your organs-especially kidneys, GI system, etc etc.
- And of course, the typical signs and symptoms, like cramping and decreased performance! .
- Prevent Lactic acid buildup and the subsequent inhibition of building healthy tissue.
- ~75% of the population is in a state of dehydration, which can be due to simply the lack of water intake, and/or taking in the right nutrients.
- All the typical electrolytes (magnesium, potassium sodium.. etc)
- also calcium, which most brands don't. But, you lose ~80% of your serum calcium through sweat after a workout, and if it's not replaced for the hundreds of cellular and metabolic functions that is has in the body.. .where is your body going to regain more calcium?? You guessed it, your bones.
- These electrolytes are necessary for:
- Endurance, nerve functioning, reduce cramping, supporting muscle function, cardiovascular health
- Chromium-->supports blood sugar and insulin levels
- Taurine, riboflavin and thiamine are all necessary for the transport, uptake, and retention of electrolytes.
- Powdered coconut that easily dissolves and is easily absorbed by your body. Rehydrates, and replenishes vital minerals and nutrients. Also provides medium chain triglycerides (MCT) that prevents lactic acid buildup.
- Vit C -->reduce oxidative stress and fatigue
- Designed to be used at any point of the day. Morning or after a workout may be even your best bet!
Costs just over $1/serving. I know your favorite "sports" drink costs more than that. And... it won't contain the disgusting ingredients most of these popular sports drinks contain, and then deem themselves as a "health" drink.
- Anyone who has ever taken a pre-workout knows that there are some sketchy ingredients that are in that bottle.. which is exactly why I never even considered taking a pre-workout.. until now!! I can't flippin believe the difference it has made in my training.. and everyone else who I have shared this gem with.
- Strength and Endurance
- Regeneration and Preservation
- Electrolyte and Nutrient Replenishment
- Coconut Water Base
- Derived from organic, non-GMO sources with NO toxic additives.
- Essential Electrolytes and Nutrients
- For endurance
- Maintain muscle, bone, immune, and nervous system health.
- From Dr. Paul Sullivan
- "Sodium and Potassium are critical minerals that help minimize electrolyte loss, thus assuring better muscle contraction, energy production, nerve conduction and reduced muscle cramps. Magnesium and Calcium are added to help promote energy production, protein synthesis, ion transport, cell signaling and also has structural functions in bones, muscles and cell membranes. Zinc is included to enhance immune response, wound healing, and nerve function. Chromium is critical for individuals who train intensively and may be at special risk to increased blood sugar due to repeated increased urinary Chromium losses."
- BCAA
- L-Glutamine, L-Arginine, L-Citruline, L-Valine
- Energy, muscle maintenance and growth, blood vessel dilation
- Healing
- Glycine is needed for creatine synthesis
- B-Alanine for anaerobic endurance and reduced lactic acid buildup
- Creatine
- Muslce energy and metabolism
- Vitamins
- B9 + B12:: 5-methylfolate and methylcobalamin (B12): Necessary for muscle, nervous system, and heart health and performance. Affect your energy systems before and after the workout.
- Essential in converting BCAA into ATP (energy)
- Vit C: Healing
- Essential in building collagen, as well as healthy tendons, ligaments, blood vessels, skin and other tissues.
- MCT
- Medium chain triglycerides
- Minimize muscle destruction
- Reduce lactic acid build up
- Reduce electrolyte loss
- Increase Energy availability
- Promote healthy cells
- Caffeine
- SR-caffeine
- Sustained released that accelerates metabolism
- Doesn't give you those immediate jitters
- Enzymes
- Bromelein and Papain
- From pineapple!
- Proteolytic enzyme that aids in digestion of proteins (especially pertinent with the BCAA's that are in the pre-workout) , anti-inflammatory activity, and healthy tissue repair.

If you get the workout bundle, it's about $2/serving. Can't be beat.
What else have you spent $2 on lately?
Post-Workout
- There are some similar components in the post as the pre-workout, as your body requires these nutrients for growth, repair, and replenishment.
- Based on research that supports the post-workout to be taken within 45 minutes after a workout
- Muscle Repair, recovery, and synthesis of muscle
- Repair and maintenance of other tissues as well
- Prevent soreness or loss
- Replace minerals and essential nutrients
- Improve cellular metabolism
- Some of the same components as the Pre-workout, but also has....
- CO-Q 10
- Joint health
- Cardiovascular health
- Enhances recovery
- Antioxidant support
- Taurine
- Prevents muscle breakdown
- Aids muscle and other tissue recovery
- Antioxidant support
- Cardiovascular health
- Quercetin
- Antioxidant support
- Recovery
- Cardiovascular health
I would definitely recommend the pre/post bundle.
You'll save more and reap the benefits!
You gotta watch out what yer buying... scary world out there!
I've gotten some inquires about some other products, let's just take a look to see what is in some of these... It's a pretty easy decision after seeing all the toxic ingredients these other companies use!
Advocare
Advocare
Progenex
(I couldn't even find a list of ingredients on their own website... bit strange eh?)
Isagenix
And any of these...
Whey Proteins--Severe lack of quality, integrity, and effectiveness.
Why would you willingly intoxicate yourself with this junk??
You're much better off investing in your health and getting the most out of your $$$.

Chronobiology?
Yep! Just another way IDlife is revolutionizing the game
To put it simply; your body utilizes different nutrients better at different times of the day. So why not take them in a way to maximize this potential? Good thing IDlife has devised a way to do just that, without you having to think about it.

Medications
Why its CRUCIAL to consider medications
Drugs and nutrients often have adverse interactions. Drugs usually interfere with normal cellular nutrition by:
http://www.invitehealth.com/drug-induced-nutrient-depletion.html
(6) destroying intestinal bacteria necessary to synthesize the nutrient.
(1) depressing the central appetite center,
(2) decreasing normal blood levels (eg, excessive excretion),
(3) interfering with the nutrient's storage or metabolism,
(4) developing a chemical antagonism (eg, inactivate),
(5) increasing the action of ingested antivitamins or antiminerals
A Short Preview
of drug-induced nutrient depletions

Noteworthy
A good way of looking at things..
Fish oil oxidizes quickly when exposed to air (in processing or prolonged storage; light is also bad -- don't buy in clear plastic bottles). When fish oil oxidizes (becomes rancid), it may be doing more harm than good (rancidity creates free radicals). There are also studies indicating that they may significantly increase the risk of prostate and other cancers while doing little or nothing to improve cardiovascular health. This may be due to much higher levels of DHA/EPA than occur in a serving of fish. Supposedly there are high quality fish oils available, but they're expensive. It's a good idea to do your homework regarding supplements -- buy from a seller who has a good reputation (or check consumerlabs.com for analyses). Like with food, buying the cheapest is often not a good idea. I also question his suggestion of soy protein powder -- soy is estrogenic -- a couple of eggs for breakfast would be a better protein choice. Otherwise, Dr. Hyman offers good recommendations, especially regarding a good multivitamin/mineral supplement. I once spent the greater part of a day looking up the nutrient content of a day's diet of healthy foods and found that I wasn't close to the R.D.A. of many micronutrients (esp. minerals). Either the R.D.A.'s are too high (many nutritionists believe the opposite -- that many are set too low to prevent diseases like scurvy or rickets, not for optimal health) or, more likely, our food, no matter how healthy, cannot supply enough nutrients due to the reasons Dr. Hyman mentions. Worse, too many people consume too much poor quality protein, fat and carbs and not enough vegetables which are a good source of many vitamins/minerals, antioxidants and fiber. There are co-factors in food that enable the absorption/utilization of vitamins and minerals that are missing in isolated supplements, so supplements are what the word says -- they add to what's missing and are no replacement for a foundation of a healthy diet. This might explain the detrimental effects found with some supplements in studies -- they administer them isolated from dietary sources containing the studied nutrient along with co-factors. Nutrition studies are problematic anyway for various reasons, including: animal studies (including their diet along with the supplement) may not translate well to humans; with humans, there are too many other factors possibly confounding the results (diet, individual health status, epigenetics).
